OCR Text Processing Stg II

The course is designed to develop the candidate’s ability to produce accurate, well presented documents at a reasonable speed.  The assessment of the programme takes place in the form of two set examinations, part 1 lasting 1 hour and fifteen minutes and part 2 lasting 1 hour forty five minutes.

The aim of this award is to assess candidate’s ability to apply advances processing and production skills to produce, from handwritten and typewritten draft, a variety of standard business documents.  These will include a letter, a memorandum and a report or article.  The assessment takes place in the form of two set examinations, part 1 lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes and part 2 lasting 1 hour and 45 minutes.
