			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are now delivering the following; Graduate Acceleration Programme (GAP) in the Magherafelt and Cookstown area, the programme provides the opportunity for employers to benefit from newly enthusiastic graduates who can assist in completing a business improvement project or a piece of work. </p>
<p>We ask that employers:<br />
Provide a meaningful, relevant and graduate-level specific placement which is fully mentored for 26 weeks.Understand that the graduate is required to attend pre- arranged workshops. Provide copies of both your employers and public liability insurance.<br />
The graduate will receive their current rate of benefit plus and additional training bonus/ top-up of £15.38 per week.  Their work related travel costs will be reimbursed, there is no financial cost to the employer. </p>

<p>SOURCE is a new programme to the ever expanding range of employment opportunities we provide here at Network Personnel !<br />
SOURCE is a FREE voluntary programme which provides one-to-one, client centred support aimed at improving confidence and the practical skills required for entering employment.  Areas covered include help with searching for a job, assistance with CV’s, application form completion, interview preparation and benefit advice.<br />
A large element of the programme involves providing training or a voluntary placement which acts as a starting point towards work.</p>
<p>The SOURCE programme is available in the Cookstown District Council area to those who are either:</p>
<p>- in receipt of health benefits such as ESA, Income Support, Incapacity Benefit, Severe Disability Allowance or Carers Allowance<br />
- out of work partners of benefit recipients<br />
- people unemployed and not in receipt of benefits<br />
- young people not linked to the benefit system or engaged in employment, education or training.</p>
<p>The programme is also available within the Magherafelt, Dungannon, Omagh, Fermanagh and Cookstown District Council areas to individuals who have one or more of the following common employability barriers:<br />
-	a history of homelessness<br />
-	ex-offenders/ex-prisoners<br />
-	a history of drug/alcohol misuse<br />
-	young adults leaving care</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>H&#038;A Mechanical Services have recently supported the Department of Employment &#038; Learning ‘Steps to Work Programme’.</strong> The programme has been developed to assist those who are unemployed or economically inactive to find and sustain employment through work placements and training. </p>
<p>Working closely with Network Personnel, H&#038;A were delighted to offer 13 week placements for participants on the Steps to Work programme within various fields of the organisation.</p>
<p>Caitriona Gribben, HR Advisor for H&#038;A commented “Network Personnel are a pleasure to work with and their Steps to Work programme has provided H&#038;A with good quality candidates who in turn have been an asset to the company. I would recommend any business to contact Network Personnel for their variety of employment solutions. Particularly in this economic climate, the Steps to Work scheme has saved us money and provided H&#038;A with great employees.&#8221;</p>
<p>Caoimhe Johnston, Network Personnel commented “It has been brilliant to build an affiliation with H&#038;A over the last few months.
