About Us

Network Personnel was established 1989 to address the skills and employment needs of those living in the Magherafelt area. A wholly owned subsidiary of the Workspace Group of Companies, it has successfully delivered a broad spectrum of DEL funded schemes.

In addition the company has, over the years, secured funding for a range of employability programmes via ESF and Peace funding. A number of these have been delivered on a cross border and indeed pan European basis.

We currently hold the contracts for Steps to Work, Progress2Work, Job Broking and the Work Preparation Programme.

Network Personnel is managed by Margaret Heron and currently employs 20 members of staff.
