Network Personnel and H&A take STEPS in the right direction

H&A Mechanical Services have recently supported the Department of Employment & Learning ‘Steps to Work Programme’. The programme has been developed to assist those who are unemployed or economically inactive to find and sustain employment through work placements and training.

Working closely with Network Personnel, H&A were delighted to offer 13 week placements for participants on the Steps to Work programme within various fields of the organisation.

Caitriona Gribben, HR Advisor for H&A commented “Network Personnel are a pleasure to work with and their Steps to Work programme has provided H&A with good quality candidates who in turn have been an asset to the company. I would recommend any business to contact Network Personnel for their variety of employment solutions. Particularly in this economic climate, the Steps to Work scheme has saved us money and provided H&A with great employees.”

Caoimhe Johnston, Network Personnel commented “It has been brilliant to build an affiliation with H&A over the last few months. The Steps to Work clients currently placed with H&A have benefited greatly from their experience in terms of new skills and increased employability and are enjoying their placements thoroughly. “
